We just closed on an Ellenton last week. Just a few minor issues which were fixed prior to closing. This is our 5th home and 2nd build. Very pleased with process overall. Pennsylvania to South Carolina, hired the best realtor, John Weber team, Charter One Realty, including Carolyn Welch who were fantastic. On Dell Webb/Pulte side, Carlos Trinidad and Mike Rogers, our Construction Mgrs, were very communitive to our questions, etc. Maureen Gilroy in Sales kept us updated on any items we needed done for the next phase, and Donna D'Ambola guided us through the design portion. Overall, we had a positive experience from start to finish working with everyone from a distance. We built in Sun City West "Fishery Bluff" section.
