Discover Rose Dhu a Horse Lovers Paradise

As you drive through the gates into this community, you feel the sense of difference that separates Rose Dhu from other communities in the area.

This is a serene Lowcountry community of authentic country estate living rather than country club-style living that is so prevalent in the Lowcountry.

One of Bluffton’s newest communities, Rose Dhu Creek Plantation is a beautiful equestrian community set along the banks and marshes of Rose Dhu Creek.  Less than 10 minutes from the May River and Downtown Bluffton, Rose Dhu Creek offers an outdoor lifestyle so many seek in the Lowcountry.
Homesites range in size from just under one acre to more than five acres.

The Rose Dhu Horses

The Rose Dhu Equestrian Center is like no other. If you are a horse lover, you will see that they take their world-class Equestrian Center very seriously.

The Rose Dhu Horses

It is a first class professionally managed complex that includes a 16,000 sq ft barn with 32 stalls, two indoor wash bays with hot and cold water, feed room, 20,000 sqft covered and lighted area. There is a 100×180 all weather area, a 200×250 all weather arena with jumps, a round pen, climate controlled tack room, restrooms with showers, a riders lounge, management office and live-in staff onsite.

Private barns are allowed on one’s property as well.
If this is not enough to entice you to a “better, more natural” lifestyle, there are acres and acres of land and paths to ride horses, bikes, roam through nature spotting deer, wild turkeys, fox, snowy egrets, white-tailed deer and wood storks.
Rose Dhu is a gated, not manned, community offering you security and privacy without intrusion.

There are a community pool and pavilion called the “Gathering Place” which has an authentic Lowcountry outdoor fire pit and brick patio.

Another thing that sets Rose Dhu aside from other communities is there are no initiation fees.
HOA is $1850 per year. Home prices start around $400,000.
